St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church (ELCA), a large, growing, and dynamic congregation in Springfield, Illinois seeks a full-time Director of Youth and Family Ministries to provide ministry leadership for 6th-12th graders and their families. This position requires a faith-filled, enthusiastic, dynamic leader with excellent relational skills, a passion for sharing the good news of Jesus, and a strong ability to recruit, train, and equip others in the congregation to join in ministry both to and with youth and their families.
