Children and Family Ministry believes that parents are the best faith teachers their children will ever have! St. John's is dedicated to partnering with and equipping parents and caregivers to inspire children to know God’s love and grace. We aim to teach, model, and share Jesus Christ with all children and their families through worship, study, prayer, and service. We are better when we do life together!

Safety

All our volunteers receive a background check and must complete our Safeguarding God's Children volunteer class. This class equips leaders and assistants in best practices for interacting with and ministering to your children. We want to provide your children with a safe, caring environment at all times.

Nursery

A staffed nursery is available during all four weekend worship services for children ages four and younger. The Nursery is also available during the Wednesday evening ministries and Thursday Choir rehearsals, as well as other special ministry events. The Nursery is located near the Parish Life Center Lobby across from the restrooms.

Announcements

JANUARY SERVICE PROJECT

During the month of January, join our families in collecting food for Grace Food Pantry! Let the kids choose some non-perishable items to donate next time you head to the grocery store. The holidays are over, but many local families still need basic food items to keep their pantries stocked during the week.

FEBRUARY SERVICE PROJECT

During the month of February, please dig through your closets! If you have any clothes that no longer fit your kids, or any clothes they just never wear, we can put them good use by donating them to local schools. Students are in need of clean clothes and shoes of all sizes and for all seasons. We will accept underwear and socks in new packaging only.
