Each fall all of our 3rd graders are invited to attend Bible Class! St. John’s Disciple, Jennifer Read, does an amazing job teaching the bible to our children. This class meets for a few months. If you would like your child to be a part of this class and did not receive a letter, please reach out to Sarah Hembrook at shembrook@stjohns-springfield.org.

Each spring all of our 3rd graders will attend First Communion Classes! If you have questions about our first communion classes, please contact Sarah Hembrook at shembrook@stjohns-springfield.org.

All our volunteers receive a background check and must complete our Safeguarding God's Children volunteer class. This class equips leaders and assistants in best practices for interacting with and ministering to your children. We want to provide your children with a safe, caring environment at all times.
