At St. John’s we offer a 2-year confirmation program for all 7th - 8th grade students. The program is designed to help students grow in faith & discipleship.
Learning Events
Students meet on the 1st and 3rd Sundays from 4:00-6:00 p.m. downstairs in Classrooms A/B
During this time we will learn together as a big group and also in small groups with leaders.

CAMP
A week of faith, fellowship, and adventure in God’s creation at Lutheran Outdoor Ministries Center in Oregon, Illinois.
Confirmation Students will deepen their faith with engaging discussions, outdoor activities, and plenty of fun as we explore your confirmation journey. We will experience morning devotions, natural exploration, cookouts, Bible study, archery, team building, campfires, games and so much more!
LOMC is an outdoor sanctuary for churches and organizations throughout Illinois. Our mission is to be the Church in outdoor settings, nurturing Christian faith and providing experiences connecting the Word of God with the World of God.
SERVE EVENTS
Students serve together at St. John’s events and in the community.
From our Annual Trunk or Treat to the St. John’s Breadline our Confirmation students learn to serve.
