CONFIRMATION CLASSES TO BEGIN 

Our first confirmation class will begin on Sunday, September 20. We will meet from 4:00-6:00pm in the Sanctuary. All new 7th graders will receive their Bibles and we will go over all the things you need to know to acolyte! Don’t worry, our 8th graders will be there to help lead the way! See you then!

Attention all INCOMING 7th and 8th graders AND parents…this meeting is for you! We will meet on August 23rd from 4:00-5:30pm in the PLC. You will receive the calendar for the year along with A LOT of other very important information! We will have light refreshments during the meeting. Confirmation PB&J Serve Event

All confirmation students are encouraged to join Sarah on Sunday, February 8th for a field trip to Peace Lutheran to make PB&J sandwiches for the unhoused community. We will leave St. John’s at 9:00 am, head to Peace for worship, and then make sandwiches together. This is a great way for our confirmation kids to fulfill their community outreach hours.

Confirmation Christmas Party

Our confirmation Christmas party will be held during class on Sunday, December 21st from 4-6. There will be pizza and treats provided, so come hungry! We will also be having a white elephant gift exchange. Kids are asked to bring a wrapped gift FROM THEIR HOMES. (Please do not purchase anything! This is a TRUE white elephant gift exchange! We want regifted things!) We can’t wait to celebrate the birth of Jesus together!
