Are you interested in learning more about the Lutheran faith and what it means to be a disciple at St. John’s? Would you like to get to know people in our faith community?

At St. John’s, our goal is to grow disciples, not members! Therefore, the goal of our New Disciples process is to help new disciples grow in faith and community. This fall, we invite all who are interested in becoming a disciple of Jesus at St. John’s to attend five Sunday morning sessions from 9:45-10:35 am beginning September 20.

In addition to the classes, participants will be invited to sit down for a visit with Pastor Ryan Anderson, our lead pastor at St. John’s, and for an individual orientation visit with Bridgit Melton, our Coordinator of Discipleship Connections. These individual meetings will be set up according to your schedule.

At the completion of this process, those wishing to join our congregation will be received into the congregation at the service of their choice on All Saints weekend (October 31 and November 1).
