Growing Deeper, the daily devotions written by St. John’s staff and disciples, have been well received and meaningful to disciples of Jesus both inside and beyond our congregation. We recognize this, just as we recognize that it is important that our devotions continue to be meaningful and relevant to those who read them. Therefore, we are pausing Growing Deeper for the summer months as we pray and consider how God is calling us to nurture the faith and spirituality of God’s people. Look for the devotions to return in the fall, perhaps in a new format.
We invite you to use this summer to try something new! Consider one or more of the suggestions below or ask a friend or relative for ideas. The pastors and staff would love to hear about your experiences. Your feedback will help us in our discernment of how to move forward with our own St. John’s daily devotions!
